Prepared booking
Amounts, VAT, date, supplier and reference extracted and proposed to Bexio, Abacus, Banana, WinBIZ or Crésus. The accountant approves.

Duplicates and IBANs checked
An invoice received twice through two channels is spotted before being booked twice; an IBAN that differs from the one known for the supplier blocks payment preparation.

Which accounting software is connected?
Bexio through its official API, Abacus through its API or AbaConnect depending on your licence, Banana, WinBIZ and Crésus through their documented import file. The details are on the Integrations page.
What stays with the accountant?
Allocation, deductibility, tax cases and closing. Dossivio prepares, it does not book.
What if a document is misrecognised?
It goes into the exception queue with the reason, never matched at random.
