Sector

A complete tenant file, without the paper chase.

Between application and signature, a property manager asks the same people for the same documents, several times, through several channels. That is exactly the work a machine does better, provided it never decides in your place.

The situation

An application arrives with three documents out of seven. The manager asks for the rest, receives two by email and one by message, files what they can, and loses the thread when several units are moving in parallel.

The real cost is not the filing, it is the delay. An incomplete file holds up the allocation, and a unit standing empty for another week costs more than all the administrative time on the file.

On top of that comes a traceability requirement: knowing which documents were requested, from whom, on what date, and being able to demonstrate it if challenged.

What Dossivio takes on

  1. 01

    Keep the file status current

The list of expected documents is defined per file type and updated on each arrival, whatever the channel. The manager sees the real status without having to open the documents.

  2. 02

    Draft the chase-ups

One chase-up per applicant, with the exact list of what is missing, drafted at a rhythm you set. Nothing is sent automatically until you have explicitly decided so.

  3. 03

    Trace without effort

Every request and every receipt is timestamped and attached to the file. The chronology can be reconstructed months later without digging through a mailbox.

An explicit limit

Dossivio does not select applicants, allocates no unit and produces no score. A complete file is not an accepted file: the choice remains entirely human and entirely your responsibility. We decline requests to automate the screening of applications.
