Integration
Crésus: approved entries, in the Crésus import format.
Crésus exposes no public API for its accounting data. So Dossivio produces the text import file that Crésus documents: one entry per line, tab-separated fields, date in Swiss format.
What Crésus already does
| Crésus feature | What it does | Condition |
|---|---|---|
| Crésus Pay | QR-bills by drag and drop, supplier record, due date | Crésus+ and the invoicing module |
| Crésus Banking | Imports camt.053, camt.054 and PDF, payment orders | Crésus+ |
| Quick entry | Supplier from a VAT or UID number, bank from an IBAN | Crésus+; this is not OCR |
| Data import | Entries, chart of accounts, budget from a text file | Documented format |
How Dossivio connects to Crésus
- Documents are received, read and approved in Dossivio.
- Dossivio produces the text file in the Crésus import format, with the reference of the archived document.
- You import the file into Crésus. QR-bills can keep going through Crésus Pay if you prefer.
What Dossivio adds
- All channels in one place: dedicated email, upload portal, scan and photo, not just the mobile app.
- The right file: for an accounting firm, each document is matched to the right client and financial year before it enters the books.
- Checks before payment: a duplicate received through two channels, an IBAN that differs from the one known for the supplier, inconsistent VAT.
- The exception queue: whatever fails a rule is set aside with its reason, never booked at random.
- Missing documents: the status of expected documents per client, with chase-ups drafted.
An authorised person approves each entry before it goes out. Nothing is booked or paid automatically at the start.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Isn't Crésus Pay enough?
For QR-bills received one at a time, yes. Dossivio is for documents without a QR code, expense claims, foreign invoices, and when documents have to be matched to several clients.
Do I need Crésus+?
Not for file import. Crésus+ is required for Pay and Banking.
The word API appears in Crésus Banking, so why is there no API?
In Crésus Banking it refers to the banking channel (PostFinance, EBICS, bLink), not to an interface for integrating other software with Crésus.
