Updates and backups
Security fixes first, other releases in an announced window. Daily encrypted backup, restore tested every quarter.

Alert when the instance stops responding or an execution fails. Handled during business hours.

Hardened and isolated
PostgreSQL, TLS, restricted access, telemetry to n8n switched off, encryption key backed up separately.

Operations prices exclude VAT. One-off setup: CHF 1,500 (Standard, Enhanced), CHF 3,500 (Regulated, including due diligence and agreement). You pay the infrastructure directly to your host, and any n8n licence directly to n8n. Initial term of twelve months, then three months’ notice.

Frequently asked questions
Why in my account and not yours?
Because n8n’s licence forbids a provider from hosting n8n as a service in which clients build their workflows. In your account, operating it is allowed, and you keep the contract and the data. Details in the n8n hosting guide.
Can you take over an existing instance?
Yes, export, import and takeover of credentials are part of the setup.
Who has access to the instance?
You do. We access it for operations, every intervention is logged, and you can revoke our access at any time.
How is this different from Flows?
Cloud operates your instance; Flows builds the workflows for you. The two combine.
